Laura Dittman is a licensed massage therapist with 18+ years of experience. She has worked in the prestigious Burke Williams day spa in California, as well as in-home massage to the residents of Orange County. She currently provides massage at Ignite Yoga and the surrounding area, and teaches at Dayton School of Massage.
Laura specializes in providing firm pressure, but can accommodate almost any ailment, ache, pain, or pressure preference. She’s trained in prenatal, aromatherapy, cupping, and much more. Her demeanor is warm and welcoming—perfect for allowing you find a state of relaxation.
Types of massage at Ignite Yoga
CUSTOM MASSAGE • starting at $109
Our custom massage allows you to book a 60 or 90 minute massage and have the pressure customized to you on the day of service. When you arrive, our highly experienced massage therapist will discuss your current needs and desired pressure. Once on the table, she’ll check-in 1-2 times to ensure the pressure is as you desire. You may also communicate that you prefer a style of massage such as Swedish or Deep Tissue.
DELUXE MASSAGE • starting at $149
A deluxe massage is our most luxurious offering. It’s a 60 or 90-minute massage that includes aromatherapy and your choice of hot stones or cupping (available for 90-minute only). The Deluxe Massage begins with a brief consultation to choose your aromatherapy journey (see below), your desired pressure, your desired music, and your choice of add-on service. Once on the table, you’ll receive a jade eye mask to help relieve tired eyes, you’ll take three deep breaths of your first oil, and then you’ll fall deep into relaxation.
PRENATAL MASSAGE • starting at $109
A prenatal massage is similar to a Swedish massage with modifications, specifically in positioning, to provide comfort and support to mom and baby. Prenatal massage aims to reduce stress and tension in the mother’s body and ease any sore spots that may be occurring as a result of carrying the baby. It will improve circulation, mobility, and overall provide some much needed self-care.
Prenatal massage is recommended after the first trimester due to increased risk of miscarriage in the first trimester.
MEDICAL MASSAGE • starting at $109

Massage add-ons
Get the most out of your massage by adding on an enhancement service. These services create a luxurious experience by stimulating one part of your body or senses while the massage therapist works on the rest. Add-ons do not extend the length of your massage but rather provide the most benefit possible.
Cupping • $25 (90-min massage only)
Cupping is an ancient healing method that uses a suction force to increase blood flow to specific areas of the body. It is used to reduce pain and expedite healing by promoting healthy blood flow to affected areas. Glass cups are placed on the desired area and left on the body while the therapist massages the un-cupped areas. The cups create a vacuum that breaks tiny capillaries under the skin, which pulls blood to the area for healing and regeneration. Cupping is known to create bruising on the skin and is not recommended for those with blood, heart, or skin conditions.
Hot stones • $25
Hot stones are a therapeutic massage technique that helps soften and repair damaged tissues. Smooth stones are placed onto parts of your body to increase blood flow and further relaxation of the tissues, which then enhances the massage techniques. Additionally, the weight and properties of the stones can promote a sense of inner calm.
Aromatherapy • $20
An aromatherapy massage incorporates essential oils into your massage to create a luxurious and stimulating experience. Essential oils are known for their plant-based medicinal properties and are used both topically and aromatically to stimulate and heal the body. Our aromatherapy enhancement provides deep breaths of certain oils, while other oils are diluted and applied topically within your massage. We have three aromatherapy options to create a luxurious experience:
Deep relaxation • a journey of essential oils that creates deep relaxation of the muscles and nervous system
Rejuvenating • a recipe of essential oils that provides calm stimulation to both the senses and tissues
Pain free • a specific use of oils and creams known to reduce aches and pains in the muscles and joints
