At Ignite Yoga, we believe that inner work must accompany the physical yoga practice for change to happen off the mat. This is the meaning of more, which is represented by the + sign in our logo. Every class at Ignite Yoga aims to shift the energy of students so they feel impelled to create the life they want. Lasting change happens when it starts from the inside. Yoga is a work-in.
We have five class styles, intentionally designed to create a well-rounded yoga practice. From experiencing a rigorous and energizing Power class to a more intentionally moving Awaken class, our styles aim to provide an experience that shifts your energy and increases awareness.
Additionally, our wellness services support students in going deeper. A kind of deep that can only be done by a trained professional. Our massage, Reiki (energy healing), functional or therapeutic breathwork services aid in the transformation that we hope for our clients.

If you’re lit-up by leading a room of clients through a memorable yoga experience, you’ve found your place. We are seeking yoga instructors that are off their mat and in the teaching process.
Requirements
+ completed a 200-hour teacher training program
+ minimum six months teaching experience
+ willing to teach classes that align with Ignite Yoga’s branded class styles
+ are able to integrate coaching into your teaching
+ have a knack for customer service and desire to provide an above-level client experience
+ participation in additional paid studio requirements, such as staff meetings, continuing education, subbing for fellow instructors, and arriving early/staying after class
+ currently seeking Power instructors. Bonus if you have 6:00a availability

Responsibilities
+ Support and maintain Ignite Yoga’s brand identity, messaging, and marketing strategy across all platforms
+ Develop and execute promotional campaigns for memberships, teacher trainings, workshops, events, and studio offerings
+ Create and manage social media, email marketing, and website content to ensure consistent and engaging communication
+ Capture and curate photo/video content that reflects the Ignite Yoga experience and community
+ Manage in-studio marketing materials including flyers, signage, promotional print materials, and TV monitor slideshow content
+ Collaborate with studio leadership on growth initiatives, launches, and community engagement strategies
+ Monitor marketing performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness while providing recommendations for continued growth and improvement
Qualifications
+ Experience in marketing, social media management, communications, or related field preferred
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail
+ Ability to develop engaging and effective marketing content
+ Experience with email marketing, CRM system, and social media scheduling tools
+ Basic website editing experience preferred (WordPress/Elementor experience a plus)
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
