At Ignite Yoga, we believe that inner work must accompany the physical yoga practice for change to happen off the mat. This is the meaning of more, which is represented by the + sign in our logo. Every class at Ignite Yoga aims to shift the energy of students so they feel impelled to create the life they want. Lasting change happens when it starts from the inside. Yoga is a work-in.
We have five class styles, intentionally designed to create a well-rounded yoga practice. From experiencing a rigorous and energizing Power class to a more intentionally moving Awaken class, our styles aim to provide an experience that shifts your energy and increases awareness.
Additionally, our wellness services support students in going deeper. A kind of deep that can only be done by a trained professional. Our massage, Reiki (energy healing), functional or therapeutic breathwork services aid in the transformation that we hope for our clients.

Ignite Yoga started as a small tight-knit community. Although we’ve grown, we aim to maintain that intimate feel by learning the names of every student, what brought them to yoga, and ensuring they feel seen and heard to create an experience beyond their expectation.

Responsibilities
+ Nurture and build relationships with clients and potential clients
+ Attend classes as requested for product awareness
+ Meet, exceed, and track assigned sales goals
+ Consistently create a warm and welcoming experience
+ Passionately sell services and confidently make recommendations based on client’s needs
+ Be up-to-date on IY brand, current products, programs, pricing, and system of sales
+ Work occasional studio events and pop-up/marketing events within the community
Qualifications
+ Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
+ Be extremely customer-centric
+ Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
+ Motivated by sales commissions
+ Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
+ Must be able to multitask and work independently
+ Must be willing to learn detailed product and service information
+ Ability to learn various softwares, including MindBody, Loopspark, and google sheets
Job Requirements
+ Minimum of two years sales and customer service experience
+ Passion for the yoga and health industries and be able to speak to benefits of Ignite Yoga’s offers
+ Tech savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and Google
+ Strong verbal, written, and in-person communication skills
+ Strong computer skills
+ Flexible schedule and hours
+ Part-time position with hourly pay + commission
+ Bonus: proficiency in MindBody software, Loopspark, or Google operating systems (i.e. sheets, docs, drive, forms)
