Why do you love teaching yoga?
I love teaching because it helps me be a better student. You learn so much by teaching. I love helping students take their practice to the next level wherever that is for them.

You can find me in a Power or Awaken class.
What’s your greatest adventure?
A few years after college, I worked on a luxury cruise ship specializing in around the world cruises. I spent the next three years traveling the world on and off the ship.
If you could choose a second home location, where would it be?
Back on my luxury cruise ship so I could sail all over the world!
Where do you feel most at home?
As I’ve gotten older, I appreciate just being in the comforts of my own home with family and friends. The simpler the better!
