Why I love teaching yoga:
My yoga practice has always been about stepping into my power; it’s something I strive to bring to each student that steps onto their mat in my class. Whether that’s physically, mentally, emotionally, or all three. It’s such a gift to be able to be an instrument to students and to see their yoga practices transcend on and off their mats.

I’m on my mat in various studios in the area & at home.

If I could choose a second home, it would probably be in Spain.

My greatest adventure is life in general.
Where do you feel most at home?
I feel most at home with my son.

I know that regardless of anything, staying present and in the moment makes a world of difference.
