What to know about your autopay membership.
Ignite Yoga aims to make your autopay membership easy and flexible for your evolving life. There is no long term commitment and you may pause your membership at any time, for any reason, for a nominal fee. If you do need to cancel, a 30-day email notice is required (see below). All special pricing is forfeited upon cancellation. If you’re inquiring about membership options due to severe injury, long-term illness, or pregnancy, please reach out to our team.
Pausing your Basic or Classic membership
Basic and Classic autopay memberships may be paused for only $3/week. You may pause your membership for up-to eight weeks at a time and may do so twice a year, including a consecutive pause if needed. A pause can be instated upon receipt of your emailed request and prorates any unused time on your monthly membership. Pausing your memberships may adjust your monthly payment date.
If you request to pause, you must include the date you want your pause to start and the date you want your membership to resume.
Annual Classic memberships may not be paused.
Canceling your Basic or Classic membership
Basic and Classic memberships may be canceled any time with a 30-day emailed notice to info@igniteyogadayton.com. If notice is less than 30 days, you will accrue a final payment. If you choose to cancel, you may lose your current membership rate, including special pricing.
