Why do you love to teach yoga?
I believe in everything it has to offer someone; it inspires me to embrace community and connection, both towards myself and to others. I love that so much of what is taught and learned in this practice can be directly taken and applied to how we move outside of the classroom in our daily lives.
Where can we find you on your mat?
You will likely find me in a power and jam class; power style is always my go-to, however, I love and incorporate all styles into my practice.
If you could choose a second home location, where would it be?
Denver, Colorado is and will always be like a second home to me.
What’s your greatest adventure?
Being a mommy—guiding and adventuring through life with my daughter and son.
Where do you feel most at home?
I feel most at home with family, friends, at the studio, or anywhere on my mat.
What’s one thing you know to be true?
Showing yourself grace and compassion and, in turn, extending that same mindset out to others is so important. There is always opportunity to grow and level up from an internal space.
