What does it mean to be an Ignite teacher?
It means to be a dedicated student who always takes away something to work on off my mat. Teaching what I practice, holding myself accountable, and leading by example help me to inspire others. Ignite feels like my home away from home.
What is one thing you’ve learned on your mat at Ignite?
That I am me and that’s completely enough.
Where else are you lighting it up these days?
I stay busy lighting up the corporate workspace throughout the week helping employees destress and find peace and clarity as they go through their day. I shares my love for yoga with the incredible members of Colins Lodge in Bellbrook.
If you could choose a second home location, where would it be?
On a beautiful beach somewhere remote and exotic.
Where do you feel most at home?
In my kitchen cooking and creating beautiful food for my family and friends.
